The reception staff was super-friendly and allowed us an early check-in without having requested it beforehand; good location in St. Denis (seaview, proximity to bakeries/restaurants and the city center); bed was quite comfortable.
Property looked aged and in need of refurbishment/re-decoration. Room was very empty and not really welcoming.

The rooms were neat and well maintained. Location of hotel is ideal and strategic
The staff more precisely those welcoming the guests at the desk counter lacks professionalism and displayed much arrogance . They are of no use to the customers and they are much more ignorant than the guest .The reputation of the hotel will be at stake with these staffing .

Good location
Breakfast was not enough and staff in the restaurant were not very good. They would be talking among themselves and we had to go look for them everytime we needed something.
